The businesses and restaurants which believe in the quality of authentic local products are called the ambassadors of the Pays-d’Enhaut Produits Authentiques. They promise to promote local products and in turn, encourage their clients to discover them.

Situated in the center of the village, the Ours micro-brewery serves it’s delicious homemade beer along with many other local specialties. Open daily from 11am to 10pm, daily specials are served at reasonable prices. The restaurant offers a wide variety of choices on their menu including sauerkraut marinated in one of their home-made ales and meat fondues. With a seating capacity of 40, this restaurant serves dark and light ales in a friendly and fun setting.
