This chalet-style restaurant was built in 1756 and is situated in the heights of Château-d’Oex. Come and enjoy a fine-dining experience next to the fire place or on the outdoor patio complete with a magnificent view of the valley. On the menu, choose from a wide variety of dishes made from fresh, local products including traditional or Mediterranean specialties, accompanied by a bottle of wine from Switzerland, Spain, Italy or France. The restaurant is also available for private parties or family gatherings. The Cellar Bar is a perfect spot to share a fondue or a raclette (reservations required) and the outdoor parking is free.

Situated in a magnificent chalet in the heart of Rougemont, this former all-girls school is now home to a charming restaurant with excellent fine dining. You will feel at home in this cozy setting and savor dishes based on traditional recipes with a twist of originality. The restaurant welcomes up to 30 people.
