Producteurs labellisés "Pays-d'Enhaut Produits Authentiques"

The label Pays-d’Enhaut Authentic Products is a label which is approved by the Pays-d’Enhaut Authentic Products Association. This label encourages producers to continue their livelihood in the Pays-d’Enhaut region, while respecting the environment and long lived traditions. The label is recognized by the ‘terroirs romands’ committee along with the agricultural service of the Vaud canton. The label guarantees:

  • the knowledge of the origin of all products
  • that the product is hand-crafted and made according to tradition
  • the final product is made entirely from components from the Pays-d’Enhaut while respecting the environment.
