The adventure begins with the passion for plants of Georgette Dutoit, nurse by profession and her conviction that we have the earth on loan and should take care of it for future generations. Convinced that the general public is becoming more and more interested in natural products, the origins and production of which respect an environmentally responsible spirit and having acquired an aroma therapy training, she purchases her first still and starts distillation.
The hydrolates and essential oils, 100 per cent pure, without additives or preservatives, are extracted from carefully chosen mountain plants. They come from the family’s own cultivations, organically certified, or from wild areas, preserved by the surrounding nature. Softer and easier to use for novices than essential oils, hydrolates are appreciated in hot and cold drinks but also when used for cooking, and, as it is already known by top chefs who practice molecular cuisine, when added to desserts and salads with your own imagination as only limit. All you have to do then is simply enjoy discovering the natural flavor and fragrance of the plants.
