Gstaad - Sport
From July 6 to 11, the best teams in the world will compete for the title of the tournament and the famous cow bells in front of a breathtaking alpine setting at the Swatch Major Gstaad. This year we are particularly looking forward to the exciting matches in front of the home crowd and the always unique atmosphere of the Gstaad stadium.
We hope that this popular tournament will be a final successful test competition for the athletes before the Tokyo Olympics and an unforgettable experience for the spectators.
We are looking forward to welcoming around 1,700 spectators a day in the Gstaad stadium from July 6 to 11. For all those lucky enough to have a ticket, the famous three G's apply: only people who have been vaccinated, healed or have tested negative are allowed to enter the stadium and the area. You can find more information under Info Covid-19.
Exclusive Beach Village - The ticketing and accreditation requirement also applies to the Beach Village this year. The sponsors and caterers area will only be accessible to the registered public with a valid pass for the day.
Online participation - So that beach fans who do not have a ticket can also follow the matches and the atmosphere, we will be broadcasting the matches in livestream. The best thing to do is follow us on social media under @beachvolleyballgstaad #gstaadmajor.
