This hotel-restaurant, built in 1871, has been run by the Mollien family since 1888. It is located in L’Etivaz, a hamlet of 200 inhabitants halfway between Château-d'Oex and the Col des Mosses.
The restaurant offers cheese specialties from Etivaz, as well as trout from the fishpond, beef steak and the owner's tartare. In autumn, when the hunt is on, specialties are not forgotten, with a preference for deer.
The hotel has 6 rooms with bathroom and 8 traditional rooms without WC / shower.
For seminars, it has a room with 50 seats.
