From mid-April to the end of September, the herd of goats produces milk that is immediately converted into organic cheeses: a fresh one (with a herb variant), a crottin, which maturing time is about 3 weeks and a paste cheese. semi-hard.
Mainly distributed in specialist shops in Pays-d'Enhaut and Saanenland, cheese production remains modest in size. Tchivra is located at the same location as the Société Le Jardin des Monts, but it is a separate operation.
