Nathalie offers Qi Gong classes and workshops as well as Tui Na sessions, energetic massages that are an integral part of traditional Chinese medicine.

Interested in these wellness practices since her adolescence and an assiduous practitioner for many years, she trained in Paris and China with several Masters before obtaining her diplomas and certificates and being able to teach.
Always on the move, she continues today to train in acupuncture and pharmacopoeia, thus completing her traditional Chinese medicine curriculum and enriching the content of the courses she offers.

  • Qi Gong Qi Gong is an ancestral practice that has been part of Chinese culture for 2500 years. Its name combines two ideograms meaning "energy" (Qi) and "work" (Gong). Qi Gong combines gentle body movements, breathing and self-awareness. Its technique consists of simple movements associated with breathing and concentration, providing well-being, self-control and vitality.

Suitable for all ages of life, the practice of Qi Gong helps to develop balance, coordination of movements and promotes a state of calm and concentration.

Group lessons of 1h15: 25 CHF/person
Group workshops of 3 hours: 65 CHF/person
One to two-day group training course: 120 to 200 CHF/person

The practices take place in groups of at least 3 participants. They consist of a warm-up, self-massage, gentle stretching and traditional Dao Yin Yang Sheng Gong movements. This method has been developed according to the rules of traditional Chinese medicine and includes several sequences to circulate energy in the body, to make the joints more flexible and to maintain the functions of the organs. It reinforces the rooting and strength of the legs, fluidity, refocusing and stability.

The taught sequences are declined according to the season and the organs associated with it in traditional Chinese medicine.
Soft and comfortable hold is recommended, allowing ample movement.
  • Tui Na: Tui Na is one of the cornerstones of traditional Chinese medicine, along with acupuncture, pharmacopoeia and Qi Gong. Its often used translation of "massage" does not reflect the richness of the technique. "Tui" means "to push", "Na" can be translated as "to take, hold, grasp". It is thus more exactly a set of manual techniques used to restore the articular, muscular, visceral and blood energies of the body. These techniques revolve around massages, stretching and mobilization, according to the needs of each person.

Sessions of 1 hour: 100 CHF
